BOOKING FEE & PAYMENT TERMS.
We require a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total amount of your holiday including any extras .
The outstanding balance & security deposit of £250.00 is to be paid 4 weeks prior to hire date .
Our payment method is BANK TRANSFER only.
PERIOD OF HIRE
Our normal policy for time of arrival is 4PM
We ask you to vacate no later than 10.00AM
*** Minimum period of hire for one week is applicable in July, August, Bank holiday weeks *** or by prior arrangement.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
Should you unfortunately need to cancel your hire with no acceptable valid reason your deposit is non refundable.
Customers are therefore advised to obtain their own holiday cancellation insurance to safeguard against such event.
We are able to offer a credit note to offset against a future hire, depending on the circumstances.
In the event of cancellation we reserve the right to withhold up to the entire booking fee in the event that we are not able to re hire the caravan.
NON AVAILABILITY OF CARAVAN
If for any reason beyond our control the caravan is not available on the dates that you booked then we will endeavour to arrange suitable accommodation. If this is not possible or if you are unhappy with such alternatives we will offer you a full refund and you will have no further claim against us.
It is solely your responsibility to book and pay for your caravan pitch on your chosen site, and importantly you must inform them of the size and detail of the caravan you intend hiring from us , and remember if you do require electric or a serviced pitch to book this at the same time with them.
We can not be held responsible for your incorrect booking .

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 . Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 18 years of age.
2. Group bookings of single sex parties are not allowed .
3. The Customer will not lend, hire or permit others to use the caravan, allow un-authorised pets or SMOKE within the caravan and MUST at all times adhere to campsite rules regarding noise ,disturbance ,illegal activity , camp fires etc.
4.You must notify us as soon as possible of any damage or breakages caused by you during your holiday.
If you commit a breach of these terms and conditions we reserve the right to terminate your booking and if you are already hiring the caravan, we may require you to vacate it immediately.
5.We accept no responsibility for personal injury to ,or death of ,any holiday makers or loss or damage to their property.
6.You will be provided with 2 keys to your caravan in the event of loss or damage to the key there will be a charge from your security deposit of £25.00 per key.
7.Your Security Deposit will be fully re-fundable no later than 7 days once inspection of the caravan and any extras hired have been carried out . We ask that you leave the caravan in a good state of cleanliness & general order ,no damage , no breakages & no items missing.
8.The toilet must be clean and empty (we will make a charge of £50.00 should the toilet not be clean and emptied).
We reserve the right to deduct this from the Security Deposit for any repair work, cleaning or missing items. You will receive an Invoice stating any deductions made.
In cases where it is deemed that the hirer has caused wilful negligent damage to the caravan, equipment or fixtures, then we reserve the right to pursue the hirer for the full repair/ replacement costs.
A Breach of these Terms and Conditions may include, failure to comply with our instruction or health and safety advice, or circumstances where your behaviour, or that of your guests or pets, is likely to have a serious negative effect upon our caravan or people in the vicinity.
No refund will be given for any fees paid.
Pets must be declared at booking stage and only pets that we confirm are acceptable may be taken into our caravans.
1.We welcome your pets however may levy a charge of £15.00 per pet, per hire to cover the additional cleaning if required.
2.Any damage caused by your animals will be charged to you .
3.You remain liable at all times for any damage caused by your pet and you are responsible for any additional cleaning costs (including any extermination fees for parasites or fleas that have been brought into the caravan by your pet ).
4.Pets must never be left unaccompanied within our caravans
5.Pets must be kept off the beds & furnishings.
6.Any fouling must be cleared up without delay.
